Marketing: Managing a Tight Timeline

Event Marketing

We got to be a part of an exciting marketing initiative for one of our international clients, Cassiopae, who hosted an app challenge hackathon in Tunisia this month. This event will act as a model for additional challenges across the globe over the next year.

Development
We went through multiple stages of development in under three weeks:

  • Overall Program Branding with naming, graphics and color-ways.
  • Build of a microsite, with a registration backend for participants and organizers.
  • Design of all deliverables: printed brochures, invitations, promotion items and banners/signage.
  • Design and deployment of a public relations campaign across the world to attract teams of app architects, create hype for the event and coordinate a social media strategy to keep others informed of the entire event.

It was a triumph both for Cassiopae and ourselves as well. We always enjoy working with our clients in this type of collaborative marketing effort which can ensure maximum results.
